For me, cooperation means partnership, based on deep trust in a person and their own resources, respecting their unique qualities. I listen and ask a lot. I am trying to expand the level where everyone can come up with their own solution, which is <i>&#8220;<\/i>tailor-made&#8221;.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"p2\">I bring to Lipa an emphasis on people and relationships. Through ideas and balance, I can see things from different points of view. In everything I do, I primarily focus on quality, which is why I am   <i>\u201eLipa positive\u201d.  <\/i>From my previous psychological and coaching practice, I bring experience from various areas of life. I like to learn new things that make sense for me and that advance me as a person and as a professional. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">I like to spend my free time with my family and with good coffee.
