Both to yourself as well as to each other. It is thanks to curiosity and openness that I create space for sorting out thoughts, feelings and finding a solution that I believe everyone carries within themselves. In this process, I emphasize action and applying the knowledge of talents in practice for efficiency and satisfaction. I like to look at things from a perspective that brings new possibilities.

In my free time, I enjoy active rest through exercise or hiking, on the other hand, I also treat myself to a complete stop and space for silence and reflection. In this way, I discover a hidden meaning and potential that we do not notice in a normal fast day.
