A simple question that to me means depth and quality and probably best describes me as a person. For me, cooperation means partnership, based on deep trust in a person and their own resources, respecting their unique qualities. I listen and ask a lot. I am trying to expand the level where everyone can come up with their own solution, which is “tailor-made”.
I bring to Lipa an emphasis on people and relationships. Through ideas and balance, I can see things from different points of view. In everything I do, I primarily focus on quality, which is why I am „Lipa positive”. From my previous psychological and coaching practice, I bring experience from various areas of life. I like to learn new things that make sense for me and that advance me as a person and as a professional.
I like to spend my free time with my family and with good coffee. Currently I enjoy watching F1 and sports in general, I also enjoy working with wood and all jobs around the house.
