What is talent?

A talent is a natural ability or predisposition that an individual has for a certain activity or field. It is an innate set of patterns of thinking, feeling or acting that can be used effectively and productively. Talent can be seen as a foundation upon which skills and abilities can be built and developed.

What are strengths?

Strengths are the result of developing and cultivating talents through learning, training and practice. When talent is combined with knowledge (what you know) and skills (how you do something), a strength is created.

Thus, strengths are applied talents that lead to excellent performance in a certain activity. These are the characteristics that allow you to achieve consistent, exceptional results.

Coaching interview

A strengths-focused coaching interview is a process where the coach uses questions and methods to support the client in identifying and developing their personal strengths and the topics that the client brings. Through active listening and questions, the coach helps the client to recognize his unique talents and skills.

Together, they then work on creating solutions to effectively use these strengths in everyday life, whether in a personal or professional context. This interview strengthens the client’s self-awareness and leads to the practical application of his strengths, which helps his overall development and goal achievement.

We do not have a clear answer to this question. The whole process is adapted to your needs, as well as the number of meetings. We will be happy to discuss this with you individually.

What is the difference between coaching and psychological consultation?
