I combine professionalism, playfulness and practical approaches to discover solutions together. Thanks to the dynamism, I encourage others to put knowledge into practice. However, I also bring space for quiet reflection and self-reflection. I like working with teams, because only then does individual knowledge translate into collective growth. My passion is shaping corporate culture and leading to exceptional leadership. In my free time, I enjoy active recreation and you will most likely meet me somewhere in the mountains.
