What is talent?
Talent is a natural ability or aptitude that an individual has for a particular activity or area. It is an innate set of patterns of thinking, feeling, or acting that can be used effectively and productively. Talent can be seen as a foundation upon which skills and abilities can be built and developed.
What are strengths?
Strengths are the result of developing and cultivating talents through learning, training and practice. When talents are combined with knowledge (what you know) and skills (how you do something), strengths are created. Thus, strengths are applied talents that lead to superior performance in a particular activity. They are those characteristics that enable you to achieve consistent, exceptional results.
The importance of self-knowledge
Self-knowledge is an essential step in developing strengths, involving awareness of what fulfills us and what we excel at. This process requires constant work on oneself, including self-reflection. The result is better utilization of our strengths in all aspects of life, whether in personal relationships, career, or personal growth. Self-knowledge and constant work on ourselves helps us to apply our strengths in all areas of life. They help us achieve more in relationships, in career and in personal development.
The path to strengths:
- Identifying talents using the CliftonStrengths® Questionnaire
- Report on talents in English

Coaching interview
A strengths-focused coaching conversation is a process where the coach uses questions and methods to support the client in identifying and developing personal strengths and themes that the client brings. Through active listening and questions, the coach helps the client recognize their unique talents and skills. Together, they then work to create solutions to effectively use these strengths in everyday life, whether in a personal or professional context. This conversation strengthens the client’s self-awareness and leads to the practical application of their strengths, which aids in their overall development and goal achievement.
How long is your path to strenghts?
We do not have a clear answer to this question. The whole process is tailored to your needs, as is the number of meetings. We will be happy to talk to you individually.
What is the difference between coaching and psychological consultation?
Coaching is a dynamic and goal-oriented process that accompanies you on the path to achieving specific personal or professional goals. It focuses on developing your skills, improving your performance and achieving your ambitions. The coach works with you to set and achieve goals, develop potential and overcome barriers to success. It is a future-oriented process that supports you in maximizing your potential. Psychological counseling deals with a deeper understanding of your psyche, emotional issues and behaviors. The psychologist provides a space for you to process past experiences, address current psychological challenges, and improve your overall mental health. This approach is more therapeutic, focused on understanding and managing deeper emotional and psychological issues that may be affecting your ability to achieve personal well-being and life satisfaction.
