What did Gallup bring me as a leader and an HR person? I am grateful for the Gallup project that we started at our plant about 1.5 years ago. I thank our director of the plant for his support and positive perception of the project.
Without his support our project would not have had its desired effect. At the beginning of the project, once approximately 50 employees completed the questionnaire and individual coaching session, it was wonderful to hear the buzz in the staff pantry and corridors: what’s in your top 5, you have what I have, you are completely different to me... it became alive.
It was only natural for people to start talking about their talents and start noticing the differences. Gallup is amazing because there is no such thing as good or bad talent, each talent is unique.

We collaborated with LIPA coaching consulting on a pilot for introducing the Mentalytics offer among production employees. Livia skilfully connected her coaching skills with the "hard" part of the project.
In addition to positive energy, people also took away experience and skills enabling them to relieve stress, concentrate better on work, or use breathing correctly. We are currently launching a Gallup project on the part of the admin population of colleagues. I believe that this project will also bring many positives.

Livia and I have known each other for many years, but we only started working together after one random meeting. That's when she introduced me to an interesting method of diagnosing a person, which caught my attention and we immediately used it in a specific department, where we kicked up the sleepy team spirit. Only later did she offer us the Gallup method, which appealed to me immediately, and we are gradually applying it to smaller teams. What is particularly interesting is self-knowledge, which can reassure a person in his strengths, as well as surprise, and also the subsequent team meetings, during which individuals have the opportunity to understand the uniqueness of others. Livia talks about Gallup in a very interesting way and explains it in a way that motivates people to cooperate. She prepares procedures tailor made to a specific team. I believe that this method helps my colleagues understand others within the team. Because team cooperation is important for achieving goals.

The further you go in team education, the more difficult it is to experience the desired "aha effect" when discovering new knowledge or skills. However, we succeeded 100% with Livia. Thanks to her, we discovered and acquired the knowledge necessary for building and managing effective teams. By cooperating with Livia, we gained enormous value from which every member of our organization will benefit in the future.
