How is the questionnaire and consultation conducted?

What is talent according to Gallup?

Talents affect how you view the world and how you react in different situations. Gallup® describes talent as your natural behaviour. When you live and work according to your talents, you feel happy, natural and in flow. You are recharging your internal battery.

CliftonStrengths® divides talents into four talent domains:

Executing

People with a dominant EXECUTING domain have the ability to implement plans and complete tasks with a focus on results. Individuals who excel in this field are known for their ability to ensure that projects are completed on time and efficiently. They tend to be reliable and determined, thus contributing to the achievement of specific goals and the fulfilment of set tasks. Their ability to organize, plan and manage resources is invaluable for the effective performance of duties and success in the work environment.

Influencing

People with a dominant INFLUENCING domain have the ability to influence and motivate others to adopt new ideas, viewpoints or solutions. They excel at persuasive communication and have a gift for persuading others to support their ideas and initiatives. They are able to convey their ideas with enthusiasm and persuasiveness, which can activate people to action. They are also often charismatic leaders who can inspire and motivate others. Their ability to persuade and mobilize collective efforts is a key factor in achieving success in organizations and projects.

Strategic thinking

People with a dominant STRATEGIC THINKING domain like to think and help teams think about what could be. They absorb and analyse information that can lead to better decisions. They have a gift for identifying and planning innovative ways to solve complex problems and achieve high levels of success. Their analytical and critical thinking is key to making the right decisions in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Relationship Building

People with a dominant RELATIONSHIP BUILDING domain have the ability to build and maintain positive and mutually beneficial relationships with people in their work and personal lives. They have the gift of bringing trust and empathy. They like to make connections, which is the key to long-term success and satisfaction. They are excellent team players and collaborators. They are able to work with different personalities and adapt their relationships to support common goals and projects.

These talents represent different aspects of one’s personality and the ways in which individuals perceive and interact with the world. Everyone has their own unique set of these talents that they can use in different situations and areas of their lives.

Who is the CliftonStrengths® questionnaire intended for?

The CliftonStrengths® questionnaire is intended for persons older than 14 years, it is suitable for self-knowledge and personal development of individuals. It can also be a great tool for improving partner and family relationships.

How to do it?

We will start with a short introductory online meeting, where we will clarify expectations and the possibilities of our cooperation. You will then fill out an online questionnaire that ranks the 34 talents in an order unique to you. You’ll get detailed descriptions and recommendations for your strongest talents, and we’ll talk more about them in person in one-on-one sessions. These are aimed at grasping talents, then at their acceptance and finally at their use in various areas of life.

What talents does the questionnaire identify?

Talents affect how you react in different situations, how you work with others, how you build relationships, how you usually think and affect other people. They are a kind of filter of how you view the world. We call the first five signature talents – the odds of someone having the same five signature talents in the same order as you are 1 in 33 million. Gallup® designates the first 10 talents as dominant, talents from 11 to 29 as supportive, and 30-34 as less natural talents – weaknesses.
