The program is based on GallupStrengthsFinder and will help you develop your self-awareness and leadership. During the program, we will work to enhance your natural talents and help you discover how to use them to achieve your goals. We will show you how your authenticity can influence your decision-making and how you can better include your uniqueness in your everyday life.
The program will consist of interactive activities, coaching, mentoring, practical assignments and stories that will help you gain deeper insight into your personality and leadership style.
